How do I access my shop dashboard?
All approved sellers that are logged in with their shop username will see a “My Shop” link in the Settings menu at the top of the screen. From there, you can access your dashboard which will display all of your shop stats, orders, and details.
How do I customize my shop?
On the Dashboard menu, select the Settings link to make changes to your shop name, description, social links, and payment settings. The Branding tab will allow you to upload an original header image and shop icon in recommended sizes.
How do I add products?
Products are added through the shop Dashboard under the Products tab. You may also edit existing products and duplicate products as you like. You can use basic HTML in your product description. All new products undergo a quick review before being published on the site to ensure quality.
How long does it take to approve a new product?
It can take anywhere from a few hours to one day to have a new product approved. This all depends on the amount of items in queue.
What if a product category doesn’t match my product?
